The LivePackageTracker App (the "App") and www.livepackagetracker.co (the “Website”) allows you to track your packages anytime for free. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect via the Website and App. Your use of the Website and App is governed by the LivePackageTracker end user license agreement, which you can find a link to on the bottom of this page.

1. Changes to this Privacy Policy

In our sole discretion, we may update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our privacy practices and/or offerings. If we amend this Privacy Policy, we will update the date that is posted on the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Website or App after such date signifies your agreement to all modifications made to this Privacy Policy.

2. The Categories of Information that We Collect

  1. Personally identifiable information you provide to us, such as your name and email address when you contact us.

  2. Your browser information, such as your browser type and language settings.

  3. Your device information, such as your IP address on which the App is installed, the type of operating system, and your Internet service provider.

  4. Other data related to the App, such as your App activity, webpages you view while the App is active, and other technical data.

We collect, store, share, and/or utilize the above information to: (i) maintain and/or improve our services with respect to the Website and App; (ii) diagnose technical problems; (iii) deliver third-party content; and (iv) to comply with legal obligations.

If you choose to download our browser extension, we also may use this information to provide you with sponsored content if you have not opted out of receiving such content. To opt out, please refer to the instructions on our how to use page under the section “How to disable sponsored content?”

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Data

  1. Except as explicitly set forth herein, we will not share your information with any third party.

  2. We may share your information with our service providers, business partners, and/or other third parties for purposes described above.

  3. We may disclose data we collect about our users when we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent, investigate or respond to suspected illegal or fraudulent activity or to protect the rights, safety or property of LivePackageTracker, our users, or any involved third parties.

  4. We may transfer your information to a third party in the instance we are involved in a corporate restructuring of our company (such as a sale, merger, or other transfer of assets).

  5. We may utilize third-party vendors to store and/or process data we collect about you (such as third-party storage providers and solutions). 

If you choose to navigate any links within our site, you may be directed outside of our Services to third party websites. These third parties may also use similar technologies, and their activities are governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Our Services

The App allows you to track your packages anytime for free. In return for such access, we may deliver sponsored (third-party) content if you have not opted out of receiving such content, features and promotions through the App (“Third-Party Content”). Third-Party Content may contain links to websites owned by third parties that are not under the control of LivePackageTracker. LivePackageTracker is not liable or responsible for Third-Party Content or its corresponding websites. Further, LivePackageTracker does not monitor, review, endorse, approve, warrant or make any kind of representations regarding the Third-Party Content or related websites. Your visit to any third-party website is solely at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms and conditions and policies. You should always take reasonable precaution before proceeding with any interaction or transaction with third parties.

5. Cookies, web beacons and log files

By installing and using the App and visiting the Website, you consent to the placement of cookies on your browser in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may use cookies to help us recognize you, increase security, improve your user experience, measure performance and/or use of the App, serve Third-Party Content and track your disabling preferences with respect to Third-Party Content served through the App. Cookies can be disabled or removed by tools that are available in your applicable browser settings. Each browser has its own preferences and you will need to separately set each cookie setting in each browser.

Web beacons are small graphic images (such as pixel tags and clear GIFs) that we may use for a number of purposes, such as measuring the performance and effectiveness of our content or Third-Party Content. We also utilize other similar technologies that store information on your browser or computer device utilizing local storage or local shared objects, such as HTML 5 cookies, flash cookies and other web application software methods. Further, we collect raw log files which contain user technical data (such as URLs visited and content served) for the limited purposes (in addition to those purposes described above) of correcting and/or improving technical functionality, serving Third-Party Content and maintaining our operations.

6. Children Under 18

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we determine or are otherwise notified that we have collected information from any user under 18, we will immediately delete all information pertaining to that user as quickly as possible.

7. Security Measures

We have implemented commercially reasonable security measures to prevent unlawful or unauthorized misuse of and access to the information we collect, including technological and physical security measures and procedural safeguards. However, since no security system can be one hundred percent effective, we cannot and do not guarantee the effectiveness of such measures, nor the security of any information we may collect from or about you.

8. Government authorities and legal rights

We may disclose information we have collected about you to government authorities (such as law enforcement authorities, courts, or regulators) if they make such a request, or if we are required to do so in order to comply with applicable law. We may also disclose information collected about you in order to exercise or protect our legal rights and/or defend against legal claims. 

9. California Privacy Rights

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and if you have concerns, we recommend discontinuing the use of our Services.

Certain U.S. state laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the “CCPA”), provide residents with specific rights regarding their personal information.     • Access Rights: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and pieces of personal data we collect, use, disclose, and sell, as well as the business purposes for collecting your information.

    • Deletion Request Rights: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request that LivePackageTracker delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained over the preceding 12 months.

    • Opt Out Rights: Because we may use advertising and analytics for targeted advertising purposes, you may have the right to direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information at any time (the “right to opt-out”). 

    • Requests to Correct: You may have the right to request that we use commercially reasonable measures to correct any inaccurate information that we have about you.

    • Requests to Limit Use of Personal Information: Under certain state laws, you may direct us to only use your sensitive personal information (if applicable) for only those purposes that are necessary to perform our Services.

    • The Right Against Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, consistent with various state laws. 


Before granting any request, we are required to evaluate whether the applicable request is provided for under the state laws, as some rights may apply only to residents of certain states. In addition, only you, or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. As such, we cannot grant a request until we are able to identify which personal information is associated with you, as well as your state residency. The type of information you must provide depends on the type of request you make.

Alternatively, we may use a third-party verification service to verify your identity. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for Access twice within a 12-month period. If you believe you have a valid right to request any of the rights above, please reach out to us. To exercise the privacy rights to Access, Delete, Correct, and Limit personal information as described above,or to exercise your opt-out rights, please visit . We try to respond to all confirmed consumer requests within 45 days of receiving them, or as otherwise permissible under the applicable law.
